When Sepp Wolf took over the Goidnerhof about 25 years ago, he began to continuously change the farm together with his wife Karin. They realised new orchards and vineyards, the building was modernised, and production was based on the regulations of integrated agriculture in harmony with nature. Their development was supported by their children Martin, Thomas and Barbara, While Sepp mainly worked on the farm, Karin looked after the wellbeing of the guests. She was the good soul of the house, and everyone appreciated her hearty honesty, and her effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible for guests. It was a very rare occasion that guests not come back to Mrs. Wolf.
But the times changed… Karin got seriously ill and died in April 2014. A new chapter started in the life of our family. At the beginning, we were forced to interrupt the hospitality part of the farm in order to re-orientate ourselves.
Now, at the start of the 2016 season, we want to re-open our home to guests. Our house without guests? Something we can’t image in the long term!
